Shipping policy

We will ship out your product about 2-3 weeks after your order. Shipping is free on orders of $150 or more.

Shipping Policy for Enochian.org

Effective date: February 13, 2026

This Shipping Policy explains how orders placed on Enochian.org are processed and shipped. If you have any questions about shipping, please contact us using the contact form on Enochian.org.


1) Order Processing Times

We handmake every single item to order; this isn't walmart (thankfully)

  • Most orders are processed within  2 to 3 weeks after payment is received.

  • Processing time is separate from shipping time.

  • Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or statutory holidays.

If we are experiencing unusually high order volume, product launch demand, weather disruptions, or carrier delays, processing and delivery times may be longer than normal.


2) Shipping Regions

We currently ship to:

  • Canada

  • United States

  • International destinations (where available)

If you do not see your country listed at checkout, we may not currently be able to ship there.


3) Shipping Rates

FREE!!!  If you spend $150 or more


4) Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times vary by destination and carrier. Typical estimates (after processing) are:

  • Canada: 2 to 10 business days

  • United States: 4 to 12 business days

  • International: 7 to 25 business days

These are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays can occur, especially during peak seasons, severe weather, or customs processing.


5) Tracking

  • Often tracking doesn't appear until it is in the destination country, patience please.
  • If tracking is available for your shipping method, a tracking link or number will be emailed to you once your order ships.

  • Some low-cost international services may not include full tracking.


6) Customs, Duties, and Taxes (International Orders)

We do pre-pay the tariffs to the USA. 

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges set by your country. These fees:

  • Are not included in your order total unless explicitly stated at checkout.

  • Are the customer’s responsibility.

  • May be required before delivery.

Customs processing can also add delays beyond our control.


7) Address Accuracy and Delivery Issues

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, refused delivery, or failure to pick up a package:

  • You may be responsible for additional shipping charges to resend the order.

  • If you prefer a refund instead of reshipment, we can refund the item price minus any original shipping costs (where applicable) and any return fees charged to us by the carrier.


8) Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, we cannot guarantee recovery if it is stolen.

If your tracking shows “delivered” but you did not receive the package:

  1. Check around your delivery area and with neighbors or building management.

  2. Contact the carrier to open a claim or locate the delivery scan.

  3. Contact us with your order number and details, and we will do our best to help.

If a package appears lost in transit (no movement for an extended period), contact us and we will assist with a carrier investigation. Replacements or refunds, if offered, may depend on the carrier’s claim outcome.


9) Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damage (item and packaging)

We will review and, where appropriate, offer a replacement, store credit, or refund in line with our refund/returns policy.


10) Split Shipments

If your order includes multiple items, it may ship in separate packages. If this happens, you will receive separate tracking details (when available).
