Enochian.org operates this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products, and services in order to provide you, the customer, with a curated shopping experience (the Services). Enochian.org is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.

The below terms and conditions, together with any policies referenced herein (these Terms of Service or Terms) describe your rights and responsibilities when you use the Services. All offerings are provided for entertainment and educational purposes only and are exploratory in nature.

SECTION 2 - ENTERTAINMENT PURPOSES ONLY / NO PROFESSIONAL ADVICE Nothing on this website constitutes medical, psychological, psychiatric, legal, financial, or other professional advice.

  • You are solely responsible for your physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being.

  • Participation is voluntary and undertaken at your own discretion.

SECTION 3 - PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY & ASSUMPTION OF RISK By purchasing or participating in any offering, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • Results are not guaranteed, implied, or promised.

  • You assume full responsibility for how you interpret, apply, or engage with any teachings, materials, or practices.

  • Enochian.org is not responsible for any decisions, beliefs, interpretations, or actions you take before, during, or after participation.

SECTION 4 - ELIGIBILITY & ACCOUNTS You must be 18 years of age or older to purchase or participate in any services unless explicitly stated otherwise. By completing a purchase, you confirm that you are legally able to enter into this agreement and that all information you provide is accurate and truthful. You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all of your account activity.

SECTION 5 - PAYMENTS, PRICING & SHIPPING

  • All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated.

  • Full payment is required at the time of purchase unless a payment plan is explicitly offered.

  • Prices, discounts, and promotions are subject to change without notice. Posted prices do not include taxes, shipping, handling, customs, or import charges.

  • We are not liable for shipping and delivery delays. All delivery times are estimates only. Once we transfer physical products to the shipping carrier, title and risk of loss passes to you.

SECTION 6 - REFUNDS, CANCELLATIONS & EU WITHDRAWAL RIGHTS Your purchases are subject to return or exchange solely in accordance with our separate Refund Policy.

No Exchanges:

  • No exchanges are offered under any circumstances.

Digital Products & Online Services:

  • All digital products, recordings, courses, and downloadable materials are final sale and non-refundable once access is granted.

  • EU Notice: By completing your purchase of a digital course or download, you expressly consent to immediate access to the content and acknowledge that you lose your 14-day right of withdrawal under EU law once access or login to the course material begins.

Rituals, Experimental Workings & Consultations:

  • Payments for ritual, experimental, or consultative services are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, as preparation and work begins immediately upon purchase. Failure to engage, complete, or achieve desired outcomes does not entitle the purchaser to a refund or exchange.

European Union Right of Withdrawal:

  • In accordance with EU Directive 2023/2673, consumers residing in the European Union have a 14-day right to withdraw from a purchase without giving a reason, strictly limited to standard, non-customized physical products (such as catalog oils, incenses, or un-customized catalog items).

  • Pursuant to statutory EU legal exemptions, all custom-crafted talismans, personalized rings, or spiritual workings bound to a specific name, birth detail, or personal purpose are strictly classified as "clearly personalized" and are completely exempt from the right of withdrawal and remain non-refundable.

  • The EU consumer is entirely responsible for paying the direct international shipping costs to return any eligible standard goods back to Canada in the event of a contract withdrawal.

SECTION 7 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY All content on enochian.org — including but not limited to text, diagrams, ritual structures, artwork, symbols, audio, video, and written materials — is the intellectual property of Enochian.org unless otherwise stated.

  • You may not reproduce, distribute, resell, publish, modify, or publicly perform any content without explicit prior written permission.

  • Purchasing access does not transfer ownership or licensing rights.

SECTION 8 - THIRD-PARTY LINKS & OPTIONAL TOOLS We may provide you with access to optional third-party tools or links to outside websites which we neither monitor nor have any control over. We provide access to such tools as is and as available without any warranties or endorsements. We are not liable for any harm or damages related to your purchase or use of any products, services, resources, or content connected to third-party websites.

SECTION 9 - RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY Enochian.org is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. However, any sales and purchases you make in our Store are made directly with Enochian.org. By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of any sales between you and Enochian.org. You hereby expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims, damages, and liabilities arising from or related to your purchases and transactions.

SECTION 10 - CONFIDENTIALITY & PRIVACY Personal information collected through the Services is subject to our Privacy Policy. Information shared during private spiritual consultations or communications is treated as strictly confidential, except where disclosure is required by law.

SECTION 11 - LIMITATION OF LIABILITY To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no case shall Enochian.org, its operators, partners, affiliates, contributors, or contractors, nor those of Shopify, be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind. This includes, without limitation, lost profits, lost revenue, or perceived emotional, psychological, or spiritual damages arising from your use of this website, its content, or any products and services procured through it.
