Return Policy

This website and these products and services are for educational use only. I am also obviously a practitioner of these paths and myself fully believe in them.

Since every item is custom made to order, returns are only possible if you received the incorrect item, or your item is extremely damaged. These are magical items, you can't just change your mind as with mundane items.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

If your return is accepted due to a damaged or incorrect item, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

European Union Right of Withdrawal Exception: If a buyer based in the European Union is exercising their statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for an un-customized, standard physical item (such as standard catalog oils, incenses, or un-customized catalog items), the consumer must bear the direct cost of returning the goods. We do not provide prepaid return shipping labels for standard EU contract withdrawals.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

None of the items on this website are returnable, unless you have received the wrong item, or it has arrived extremely damaged.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

Same with returns, there are no exchanges, since these are magical items.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

6. Refunds, Exchanges & Cancellations

Digital Products & Online Services

All digital products, recordings, courses, and downloadable materials are final sale and non-refundable once access is granted.
EU Notice: By completing your purchase of a digital course or download, you expressly consent to immediate access to the content and acknowledge that you lose your 14-day right of withdrawal under EU law once access or login to the course material begins.

Rituals, Experimental Workings & Consultations

Payments for ritual, experimental, or consultative services are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, as preparation and work begins upon purchase.

Failure to engage, complete, or achieve desired outcomes does not entitle the purchaser to a refund or exchange.

European Union Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with EU Directive 2023/2673, consumers residing in the European Union have a 14-day right to withdraw from a purchase without giving a reason, strictly limited to standard, non-customized physical products (such as catalog oils, un-customized catalog items, and printed books).
Pursuant to statutory EU legal exemptions, all custom-crafted talismans, personalized rings, and spiritual workings/consultations bound to a specific name, birth detail, or personal purpose are strictly classified as "clearly personalized" and are completely exempt from the right of withdrawal and remain non-refundable.
The EU consumer is entirely responsible for paying the direct international shipping costs to return any eligible, un-customized standard goods back to Canada in the event of a contract withdrawal.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on enochian.org — including but not limited to text, diagrams, ritual structures, artwork, symbols, audio, video, and written materials — is the intellectual property of Enochian.org unless otherwise stated.

You may not reproduce, distribute, resell, publish, or publicly perform any content without explicit written permission.
Purchasing access does not transfer ownership or licensing rights.

8. Confidentiality & Personal Information

Personal information collected is used solely for providing services, communication, and record-keeping.
Information shared during consultations or private communications is treated as confidential, except where disclosure is required by law.
