Discover the leadership blueprint hidden in your own heritage. This retreat applies ancestral wisdom to your modern professional mission and personal authority.
Based on the principles of Ancestral Fire work, we focus on "Legacy Leadership" — examining how the weight of history becomes the fuel for future impact. It is designed for those who want to lead their families, businesses, or communities with the grounded authority of those who came before them.
What you'll walk away with
- ✓An "Ancestral Leadership Map" identifying your specific lineage strengths
- ✓Clarity on your unique "Spiritual Mandate" — what you are actually here to lead
- ✓A working method for applying ancestral wisdom to your modern mission and authority
- ✓Tools to lead from deep, historical authority rather than modern burnout
Is this for you?
This retreat is for you if:
- You lead — a family, a business, a community — and want that leadership rooted in something deeper
- You sense your ancestry holds strengths you haven't fully claimed
- You want authority that is grounded and steady, not performed
- You're ready to do the work, not just read about it
This is not for you if:
- You want quick leadership hacks rather than real lineage work
- You're looking for genealogy research — this is ritual and practice, not records
- You can't set aside three focused mornings
How the days unfold
Daily, 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM PT · Online
- Calling the Fire — invocation of the ancestral field
- The Oral Tradition — lectures on heritage and responsibility
- Lineage Mapping — identifying the "blood wisdom"
- The Leader's Mandate — applying the wisdom to your 2027 goals
- Closing the Gate — sealing the insights
What to prepare
- A small altar space with photos or symbols of ancestors
- A notebook dedicated solely to "The Lineage"
- A "fireside" setup — a candle or fireplace

Questions
Is this online or in person?
Online. You'll join from your own space, with your altar and fireside set up around you.
Do I need to know my family tree?
No. This is ritual lineage work, not genealogy research. What matters is your willingness to engage the work.
