This Refund Policy outlines the limited circumstances under which refunds may be issued.

Online and Remote Training

For online or remote training programs, a limited administrative refund may be requested within seven calendar days of initial enrollment, provided that no course materials have been accessed, downloaded, or delivered and no instructional sessions have been attended.

Once access to training materials has been provided, or once instructional content has been accessed in any form, all fees are non refundable. This includes situations where a student determines that the material is not a personal fit after review.

The Institute does not offer refunds based on personal preference, change of interest, disagreement with material, or dissatisfaction after participation has begun.

In Person Training and Retreat Based Instruction

For in person training programs, workshops, or retreats, a limited administrative refund may be requested within seven calendar days of enrollment, provided that the request is received no later than fourteen calendar days prior to the scheduled start date.

All deposits for in person training are non refundable. Deposits secure limited capacity, venue arrangements, instructional preparation, and scheduling commitments and cannot be recovered by the Institute once reserved.

No refunds are offered for cancellations made within fourteen calendar days of the scheduled start date or for failure to attend after enrollment.

Partial attendance, early departure, or non participation after arrival does not entitle a participant to a refund or partial refund.

Non Refundable Circumstances

Refunds are not provided under the following circumstances

Change of mind or personal preference

Disagreement with instructional content or teaching style

Failure to complete assignments or practice requirements

Inability to attend due to personal scheduling conflicts

Dismissal from training due to violation of ethical standards or scope of practice

Administrative Processing

All refund requests must be submitted in writing to the Institute using the contact information provided. Approved refunds, when applicable, are processed within a reasonable administrative timeframe and may be subject to a processing fee.

Acknowledgement

By enrolling in any training offered by the Institute of Operative & Alchemical Magic, students acknowledge that they have reviewed and understood this Refund Policy and agree to its terms.
